Christian James Winton

Christian is a native of Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.  Since his graduation he has held esteemed positions ranging from Training Manager to Director of Concepts with companies such as Bonefish Grill (a subsidiary of Outback Steakhouse, Incorporated) and Omni Hotels.  In addition to his formal training and operations development experience, he has consulted numerous concepts and venues on product and standards training and developed new concepts all over the Southeast. 

His experience in management and staff recruitment and training, strong understanding of financials and cost reduction, allow him to provide a powerful insight of what is crucial in training programs from a management’s point of view.   






 Amy Winton

Amy Winton began her career in hospitality in Omaha, Nebraska while attaining a Psychology degree from Peru State University.  Beginning her career with the Burn’s family in their Bar and Grill, her passion for excellence and expertise in Front of the House Operations and service levels has allowed her to work and hone her craft all over the country from Honolulu, Hawaii to Savannah, GA.

Her specialty is operations efficiency and product knowledge understanding and her experience allows her to offer the essential view of what is effective in training programs from those who operate in the standard rank and file of hospitality venues.
